SHIPPING POLICY

Placing Your Order and Calculating Costs

As you build your cart and prepare to check out, the final shipping amount will adjust based on where the package is headed and how many pieces you’re ordering. Once you enter your mailing address during checkout, the system recalculates and displays the precise charge within your total costs before you commit to the purchase.

Order Processing and Dispatch Timeline

After your order is placed, each item goes through a production and handling phase that typically takes 1–3 business days before it leaves our facility. From there, transit times follow standard delivery windows: domestic shipments usually arrive within 3–5 days, while international deliveries generally take 7–15 days. We keep these estimates straightforward so you can plan accordingly.

Delivery Destinations and Restrictions

We ship to locations around the world, and we’re also set up to deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. One thing to keep in mind is that a single order cannot be split across multiple addresses. If you need items sent to different places, placing separate orders for each destination is the way to go.

International Shipments and Customs

For orders leaving the United States, all packages are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means we don’t collect VAT or any other import fees at the time of purchase. Any taxes, duties, or customs charges that apply in the destination country fall to the recipient. Depending on local regulations, your shipment may be subject to additional costs once it arrives. We suggest reaching out to your local customs office for the most accurate information about what to expect.
